The outlet volume of fuel pumps can be greatly effected by the supplied voltage. I've seen problems on older mustangs with decayed wiring, and the new camaros are particularly effected. Considering the high fuel pressures many of you are running, I would definitely try to tap in a multi-meter and run the car under load to see what the pump is getting for supply. Might save a lot of money in the near future.
